Leo Hernandez is the CEO and founder of Advanced Automation Programming (AAP). His journey began in the satellite systems industry, working alongside his father, Marcial Hernandez, in the home automation sector. Specializing in low-voltage smart tech solutions—including internet, audio, and video—he spent years learning the trade and building a network of clients.

Carrying forward his family's legacy, Leo took the initiative to innovate and launched AAP in 2009. Since then, the company has grown through word-of-mouth referrals, expanding its footprint from Miami to Napa, the Caribbean, and Canada.
